golf LEAGUEs

DETAILS:

• 2-person scramble (handicapped – we will use http://www.leaderboard.com/scramcap.htm to calculate)
• All golfers welcome
• League runs from November 9th, 2024 until April 27th, 2025.  Play one round every two weeks.  12 total rounds, final 2 rounds are for playoffs.
• All teams qualify for weekly prizes including the two weeks of playoffs
• For the grand prize, the top 4 teams will play head-to-head semi finals and finals in the playoffs.  Consolation matches will be available for the next 8 teams as well.
• Points accumulated every week will determine league standings
• 8 out the 10 weeks points will count towards the year long standings for each team. Your team does not have to play every week but on missed weeks you lose the opportunity to accumulate points towards year long standings.
• NHA staff will configure the settings before your round 

WHO YOU CAN PLAY WITH:

• You can play with other members of the league (recommended) or you can play with non league members
• You can play with same group every week or mix it up from week to week

SCHEDULE:

• Full league members can book and play anytime during the week with your partner.  Off-peak members can play Monday-Friday between 8 AM and 3 PM, excluding holidays (and school PA Days may be tough to book but are available)
• For twosomes, it is recommended to book 2-hour blocks,
• For foursomes it is recommended to book 4-hour blocks

• Grand prize is a pair of tickets to the Canadian Open at TPC Toronto in June of 2025.
• Weekly winners will get to choose from our prize pool, which will include Idylwylde Green Fees, Sudbury Wolves (club seat) tickets, Sudbury Five courtside seats, NHA fitness centre memberships, a lesson on the simulator with an Idylwylde pro, an hour on the court at NHA, gift certificates from area businesses and more!  Each weekly winner will get to choose which prize they want until they’re all gone.
